According to Wikipedia, Mike Taylor is an American professional basketball player. He was drafted 55th overall in the '08 Draft by the Blazers — becoming the first player in NBA history to be drafted out of the D-League — before being shipped to the Clippers in exchange for a future second-rounder. And then he drank a crate of Red Bull and dunked on the Grizzlies.
No, no, Ralph, he was doing this before the game in warm-ups ...

Clippers Roster 2009-2010
Starters
PG – Baron Davis
SG – Eric Gordon
SF – Ron Artest Free agent
PF – Zach Randolph
C – Marcus Camby
Bench
PG 1 – Brandon Jennings The first round pick
PG 2 – Mike Taylor
SG 1– Josh Shipp The second round pick
SG2/SF 2 – Demar Derozan The first round pick
SF 1 – Al Thorton
PF 1 – C.J. Giles Free agent
C 1 – DeAndre Jordan
Trade - Chris Kaman to either Oklahoma City Thunder of Memphis Grizzlies for 1st round pick and second round this and first round next year. There will be more value in trading with Memphis because next year will pretty much be the same sort of year with a few more wins than this season. Oklahoma is missing a center who can play on their team so they will likely even make it in the playoffs next year of try to get in.
Baron Davis – In prime.
Brandon Jennings – Good mid way through first year. Every time the Clippers play against good point guards like Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Steve Nash, especially Derrick Rose, and Tony Parker play him as much as possible against them so he can know where he needs to be at.
Eric Gordon – Encourage him to get better at everything he can over the summer and let him be a star. Even let him play some PG in games that are virtually over because nobody could stop him if he could play the PG position.
Josh Shipp – Good defense because he went to UCLA where he learned good defense and can also score.
Demar DeRozan – Wants to be a star but treat him like a rookie at first half of season and a star the second half. He is a mix between Kobe and Lebron and needs to be given time. But also needs to watched on what he does out in the city. He needs to learn that he acts like a star and don’t let him be another Carmelo Anthony. Tell him to expand his game than mere dunking because that won’t be so easy in the NBA. Also look at how good his free throws are they will determine his jump shot. If he can make five free throws in a row without a problem then he can be a good shooter as well.
Ron Artest – Tough defense will get on others to play defense like Kevin Garnett.
Al Thorton – Best to tell him to get a 3-pt shot over the summer and play him against Lebron when possible so some his greatness can rub off on him.
Zach Randolph – Prime but he could teach C.J Giles and Jordan how to play in post.
C.J. Giles – Is hungry and wants to play in the NBA. He played good in preseason with Lakers.
Marcus Camby – Another good year but maybe more injuries. He can teach Jordan how to defense.
DeAndre Jordan – When Clippers play against Magic, or Lakers or any team with good center start him so he can see where he needs to be at. He can be just like Dwight Howard if he wants.
Health – Hire a good athletic trainer who can keep this team healthy. Make them do yoga so they don’t keep getting there muscles pulled all the time.
Championship – This team has to be taught that losing is not an option no matter how good the other team might be. They have to believe that anything less than a championship is not good enough. Failure should not be allowed and the coaching should have a meeting after every loss and look at why they lost. Everybody on the team should be able to make five free throws in a row without a problem because that will get them in a mode where don’t expect to miss any shot and will greatly improve their shooting.

On a side note they need to put Mike Taylor in the slam dunk contest next year. He is just sick.
