Ball Don't Lie - NBA

A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: The Smoking Gun. I guess that we shouldn't be surprised that, after years of horrible celebrity mug shots, it takes Charles Oakley to get it right.
PF: Hardwood Paroxysm. Sick of Christmas clichés? Have been for years? Join the club. This link, however, is dang funny. Please click on it.
SF: BoingBoing. What's Larry Johnson up to these days? Keeping it classy, and more or less ripping off George Clinton. (Hat-tip: Chris Clarke.)
SG: Washington Post. Washington's defense can't be counted on to stop assistant coaches Mike O'Koren and Phil Hubbard, and yet they can stop Shaq.
PG: Clipperblog. The Clippers are in desperate need of someone who can create shots. Brevin Knight can create steals, Chris Kaman creates nervous mumbles and panic from those of whom he shares elevators with, but nobody's creating shots.
6th: Golden State of Mind. In preparation for the Warriors jaunt to Minneapolis, GSoM offers a solid Timberwolves breakdown from the guys at TWolvesBlog.com. TWB then returns the favor, and everyone gets a little dizzy.
7th: Chicago Tribune. Sam Smith obviously had this one written well before Luol Deng outplayed Kobe Bryant last night. Tough beans, loyal Tribune readers!
8th: Hoopsanalyst. The Celtics hot start? Not that unprecedented.
9th: WIZZNUTZZ. If you'll let them, WIZZNUTZZ will make a man out of you.
10th: The Basketball Jones. In episode 227, the Skeets and Tas go over their award choices and the season's early surprises.

Gang, you can't read this like a normal article--it's just a list of 10 good reads that Kelly's seen around the Internet. Skim the quick list, click on the hyperlinks of anything that sounds interesting, and boom, you get up to 10 times your clever and funny for the price of one Dwyer story.
But if you're still annoyed that Kelly's only posting 12 original articles instead of 13, ask Yahoo! for your money back.

ok, all i want to say is that the luol outplaying kobe doesnt matter when ur team still loses by 12. Kobe did the right things to help his teams win. Scoring isnt the only stat.
