Ball Don't Lie - NBA

A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: NBA.com. Your fourth, and last, ASG balloting update before all votes finalize in 11 days. (Go Yi!)
PF: D.C. Sports Bog. Arenas and Haywood both have more All-Star votes than Butler and Jamison.
SF: Game On. Don't be misled by appearances, "All-Out" Jeff Van Gundy was a solid basketball player.
SG: Both Teams Played Hard. Arvydas Sabonis sighting! Arvydas Sabonis sighting!
PG: From Deep. Grange says, "If at all possible the Raptors should trade Jermaine O'Neal this season."
6th: The Hoop Doctors. Want to win a Kobe Bryant Adidas swingman jersey? Of course you do, silly.
7th: This Is The City Line. Yo, former Russian world chess champion Garry Kasparov, stop biting off Wilt.
8th: ClipperBlog.com. The Al Thornton question. (The Kevin Arnovitz answer.)
9th: Cavs Blog. The Cavs are loose, having fun and can't stop giggling at Delonte West's "BUT-TOCKS."
10th: ABC News. "The Adelaide 36ers have confirmed star recruit Julius Hodge has quit the team."

The Arvydas Sabonis post was by far the best thing I've seen regarding basketball in 3.5 years.

Fully concur, Cossack Daddy. As Craig Kilborn used to remind us, "He's not your Vydas; he's not my Vydas. He's Arvydas."

haha Go YI!!! I hope Yi passes KG and starts for the All-Star team. That would rule so hard. In other wonky All-Star news:
    - Yi only needs 100k more votes to pass KG. CHINA!!! GET OUT THE VOTE!
    - Danny Granger only has 200k votes.
    - Luke Ridnour has 100k MORE votes than Calderon!!!
    - What's even crazier is that Joe Johnson has EVEN LESS!!!
    - Agent Zero, who's been injured for 2 seasons, has 400k votes... what, no love for Starbury?
    - Somehow... T Mac still gets love. He has more votes than the MVP runner up CP3.

I think i just got sick...
Yi Jianlian? Chinese people are INSANE!
Lamarcus Aldridge is LAST in west forwards? WAAH? Bruce Freaking Bowen has more than twice as many votes? Shane Battier? HUH? Last time I checked, a mediocre offensive force who is a perennial ALL DEFENSIVE THIRD TEAMER also outscores Aldridge? Texans are all INSANE!
Brandon Roy is LAST in west guards? WAAH?!!? Jamal Crawford? Really? Crawford has more votes than Steve Nash too? T-Mac is no longer even a good player, let alone entertaining to watch...unless you're rooting for the East team. What is wrong with these people?
Meanwhile Greg Oden, who has been all but completely worthless has been nominated more often than Tyson Chandler and Al Jefferson? And by the way...why arent all the knuckleheads who voted for Crawford voting for Biedrins just as hard? Biedrins actually has SOME talent.

look, gotta love Chinese fans passion, but come on now, if Yi should ever overtake KG then the league will have to do something about it and change the balloting rules.
