Ball Don't Lie - NBA

A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: Ballhype. This has been all over the World Wide Web Of Information Superhighways by now, but I'm linking to it just in case you haven't seen it: Tom Ziller's breakdown of the youngest, oldest, bestest, and worstest NBA teams. If you're a Blazer fan, you're loving life. If you're a Bulls fan, who watched a team full of 22 year-olds win 47 games back in 2005, you're probably throwing things.
PF: Blog-a-Bull. Yesterday, I challenged readers to come up with a Jason Kidd deal that would make sense for however many teams that were involved. And, above all, Matt from Blog-a-Bull came through with the winner. I cannot find anything wrong with this one, in the slightest. Click the link to find out who's involved.
SF: Chicago Sports Review. The Thabo Sefalosha profile that everyone's raving about. More than just about any player in the NBA, I look at Thabo's frame and can't help but exclaim, "man, that guy was born to play basketball." Was any of that out loud?
SG: BrewHoop. An engaging and (let's just lose the big words) really, really good breakdown of the Milwaukee Bucks.
PG: Nets Blast. Dave D: "Is a coaching change really going to make J-Kidd play harder? Is a coaching change really going to make VC play smarter? Is a coaching change really going to get Krstic back sooner? The answer to each is: Dude, seriously."
6th: The Dream Shake. Calling Marc Stein on his hyperbole.
7th: Sactown Royalty. Calling J.A. Adande out. Listen, we need this. We need more of this. If people who are paid to do a job aren't up on the stats, and the ins and outs of teams that they're in charge of covering, then we need to be called on it. The game never stops teaching, and it's up to us to learn.
8th: From Deep. With Sam Cassell still toiling away in Los Angeles, could Boston's hesitation put Damon Stoudamire in a Raptors uniform ... again?
9th: Newark Star-Ledger. Dave D'Alessandro's midseason ruminations.
10th: Boston Globe. Thinking of Bob Ryan.
