A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: The Boston Globe. "I talked to [Kevin Garnett(notes)] and he guaranteed the championship in 2010 and in 2011," Celtics team owner Wyc Grousbeck said. "He was as fired up as he's ever been."

SF: RealGM. D-Wade has filed a $100 million lawsuit against a man named Baron Richard von Houtman.

If KG was healthy this year, is there any doubt the Celtics would be beating up on the Lakers right now? Whoever wins the title this year is a champion in name only.

Yeah right, the games havent even started yet so how could he be beating up on the Lakers right now? Unless you mean he's at their practice facility punching people?
a champion in name only? That's pretty funny too...
Celtics wont be champs for a long time, might as well get used to them being middle of the road (at best) for a while.
on a side note KG looks like a big Sammy Davis Jr. in that picture... for those of you too young to know who that is, look him up!

That dude, KG, is going to be hyper and mean until old age. Anybody remember the Chicago-Celtics series and every time they showed KG, he always had a mean expression, or talking junk. It's one thing to be intense, but its another to be annoying as if you're on PCP.

Kevin Garnett is a Egg Headed punk. He never could win anything on his own and went to Boston with a stacked team and won a ring so he feels he can talk trash to anyone and everyone. They are one and done. I would not want anyones kids around him at a game because every third word out of his mouth is an F bomb. He didnt get hugged enough as a kid for sure. He needs to grow up, shut up and just play ball. I hope someone hits him in his mouth or crackes that egg he calls a head on his shoulders.

Seriously? Celtics fans and Cavs fans, I am so happy the Magic knocked you all off, what a bunch of whiners.
    What if? What if?
What if Nelson hadn't gone down before the All-Star Break? The Magic would have at least taken over the second best record in the east, possibly the first. (Likely the first.) And it would have changed the whole layout of the playoffs. Garnett is getting old, as evidenced by a sprained knee keeping him out for months. He is still relatively young, but has a lot of miles on him.
Celtics will be overmatched next year. as will the Cavs with James' free agency looming. The Magic with a healthy Nelson are hard to beat, and if they let Turkoglu go and can pick up a relible 4, (Bosh, Boozer to name a few) who want a ring over money, Lewis gets moved back to his natural shooting guard where banging with powers will have made him unstoppable at that position, outside of Kobe and Princess James, of course. How Orlando handles this offseason will be interesting at the least...
p.s., can we get some fouls for flopping next year? Anderson Varejao and Mo Williams should pray their game could match their acting next year. Rajon Rondo is pretty good at it too.

Deep Deep inside.. Everyone knows KG has a point... A depleted Celtics team took the Magics to 7 games, something the Cavs couldn't even do, owning the best record in the league. We all know the Lakers are still soft and the Celtics would probably beat them in the Finals this year. (Orlando will give them a good challenge, but the Lakers will win this one).
So if the league stays the same next year (meaning no changes in Cleveland, Orlando and L.A.), the Celtics are still the best team in the NBA with KG, Allen and Pierce. Remember, it only took them one year together to win a championship, so now that the chemistry is better it will be much easier for them in years to come...
I think this current Celtics team have about 3-4 left of good basketball. In that span of time, they'll win at least 2-3 Championships...

It is kind of funny that Celtics fans believe that they will win anymore Championships at any time. They wouldn't have beaten Cleveland, nor were they ready for the Lake Show. We swept both Cleveland and Boston, beat Boston without Andrew in BOSTON, and still, no love. Denver was suppose to beat US in 7, hell, we STILL standing. Now, Magic will beat us in 7, how funny people are. Keep hatin' on tha Lord of tha Rings, he reads all of this ish, trust me, and all WE are doing is adding fuel to his fuming fire. Now, one more thing, not relating to this post: If Kobe had stormed out on tha Nuggets without shaking hands, how much of a MEDIA and overall fallout would've taken place?? We all know the answer to that question...
