Ball Don't Lie - NBA

A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.

C: Yardbarker, via Stet. Baron questions Arenas for his views on Obama's plan to raise taxes for the wealthy.
PF: Hoops Addict. And then there were two. Battier and Maxiell battle it out for the Floor Burn tournament crown.
SF: Roto Evil. "Who is Monta Ellis? Well, that's a good question / He's from Mississippi, basketball's his profession"
SG: WW Oakley Do? Excellent Ewing Jr.-to-Knicks headline: "And, the Son of (the) Man Shall Be Our Savior ..."
PG: Hooped Up. Steve Nash urges the Ontario Ministry of Health to fund Enzyme Replacement Therapy.
6th: The OKC NBA Sports Blog. Is this the OKC Thunder's new ugly logo? We'll find out tomorrow.
7th: Canis Hoopus. How much is Rashad McCants worth to the Wolves?
8th: HP. Holly MacKenzie's "lost" Arenas interview is still better than most blogger's "found" NBA interviews.
9th: Arsenalist. The Raptors need a contingency plan for when nothing works out like us homers hope it will.
10th: FreeDarko. Commenter "T": "As much as I'm on board with the First Basketball President, I'm going to have to call a foul for wearing running shoes while ballin'. 1. You might roll that ankle. 2. You've become 'that guy.'"

Man, every time I think about Monta and his injury, I get depressed. Same with thinking about Baron in a clips uni. And even after all these years, it hurts to see Gilbert on the Wizards. Being a Warriors fan is not always fun.

Sports should stay out of politics. Just after katrina racist John Saunders said "Reggie Bush is going to do for New Orleans what the other Bush failed to do". I guess his racism gave Ray nagin a pass for his failures. The yar before NO was narrowly missed by a hurricane. It exposed their poor preparedness. What did Nagin do? Nothing. After Katrina Nagin ran to San Antonio and left behing his emergency people.
