A look around the league and the web that covers it. It's also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren't always listed in order of importance. That's for you, dear reader, to figure out.
C: The Hoop. Apparently, CSKA wants to offer Andrei Kirilenko a big fat contract to come play in the Motherland.
PF: NECN, via CelticsBlog. Paul Pierce can't stop smiling.
SF: Queen City Hoops. It's Bobcats season reviews/previews time, starting with Mr. Matt Carroll.
SG: GldnSt8Warrior. Forget the Rick Roll ... you just got Joakimed!
PG: SBB. Lebron's childhood friend-turned-agent says they're in talks with Buzz Bissinger about writing a book.
6th: Bend It Like Bennett. Introducing the Clay Bennett hair guide to success.
7th: Miami Herald. Heat coach Eric Spoelstra envisions an undersized frontcourt of Haslem, Beasley and Marion.
8th: Need4Sheed and The Blowtorch. Happy birthday, Rasheed Wallace! Enjoy the chest of drawers!
9th: Denver Stiffs. Will 'Melo be more like Alex English or Adrian Dantley?
10th: Empty The Bench. Woj: "Kobe Bryant is calculating, smart, and maybe the league's most 'aware' player of circumstances, surroundings, and angles. LeBron James doesn't like when things aren't all about him. Dwyane Wade is never too impressed with himself. Carmelo Anthony will always tell you the truth."

he is entitled to his thoughts, opinions as well as to what his decision(s) might be. although i am a huge fan of los angeles lakers' star kobe bryant, i honestly believe that whatever the russian basketball star wants to do, not only would he take that opportunity but he also has to try his hardest in order to make his opportunity/opportunities become more realistic. but anyway, kirlienko may not be perfect but i hope he doesn't end up throwing away the things he has that many talented basketball players have (or don't have) - talent, skill, language and most of all, whom he is, what he is and what his expectations shall be for what may happen next or what might happen later. i don't care if he wants to go back to russia or stay in the united states, i just hope that his life as well as his own sports' career would have some meaning. i feel the same for players like kobe bryant, carmelo anthony, chauncey billups, tayshaun prince, derek fisher, pau gasol, lebron james and many of those who are proud to be in the NBA, reagrdless of if i'm in favor of them or not. so, andrei, your time will eventually come. just do what you believe is necessary and hopefully you'll understand if what you're doing is either right or wrong. best of luck to ya'.
