Monday to Friday, The Basketball Jones look at the big games and storylines from the night before with a mix of in-depth analysis and irreverent humor. As always, questions and comments are appreciated.
On today's show, Tas and I discuss the Jermaine O'Neal-to-Miami trade rumors, the Magic's big weekend and post-shot celebrations. We also announce a prize giveaway, model our new shirt and take a question from an actual NBA player. (Fo' real.) Enjoy.

1.) Defense
Sure theier D is in the eliete level right now, but D usually tightens in the playoff's. Can Orlando's D tighten up and get to that playoff level? No it can't. Dwight is great on D don't get me wrong, but when you have Nelson, Hedo, and Rashard playing big minutes, your not going to be an eliete Defense during the playoffs.
2.) 3 pointer oriented offense
Can they stay hot from three for 16 games? I don't think anybody can. They shoot more 3's per possesion than anybody, so this is a major problem.
3.) Dwight on Offense
He is useless when outside of 5 feet. In the Playoffs, the better teams will force him outside 5 feet. The Pistons did it the last couple years. He is the main focus of the Offense, so when he goes out the whole offense will eventually crumble.
Orlando to me is the epitimy of a regular season team. They are great right now, but they don't have that "extra level" to draw from.
