KD linked to this bad boy in Behind the Boxscore this morning, but it's worth a second look. Keep an eye on Spurs coach Gregg Popovich at the top of the screen. He loses his Shiraz immediately.

Couple this with Pop's Tuesday night outburst about the Spurs lack of focus, attention to detail and execution -- following their 10th freakin' win in a row! -- and it's easy to see why the Spurs are as successful as they are. Pop's ready for the playoffs and he's firing up the troops.

'See Pop blow his top, again' ... might need to become a regular feature of 'Ball Don't Lie' ... as the Spurs move inexorably toward their WC Finals showdown with the LA Lakers this season.
When he got tossed vs the Raptors earlier this season ... twice within the same game ...

It's Pop being Pop. They've jacked up the effort since the allstar break. This is nothing but Pop's way of saying that the Championship still goes through San Antonio. Go Spurs Go!

Lose in the first round? They're not the Mavericks! Pop was hilarious but it's no big deal. He does this sometimes when the spurs are just going through the motions as they seem to be doing lately. It's never about game it's about the big picture and getting them to play their best so they're ready for their championship run, which they will win AGAIN this year. GO SPURS GO!

Like him or hate him, you have to respect Pop. Tony Parker, I think, fears Pop like an 8 year old would fear his abusive father. He gets the most out of his players. Parker is proof positive of that. Under any other coach, Tony would have settled for mediocrity. It takes pursuit of perfection to win Championships and you can't argue with his results...

Pop knows exactly what he's doing and when to do it. The guys respond really well everytime he does it. Does anybody know what was up with their jersey's last night............they said "los spurs" on the front. lol i thought it was hilarious. Fits well since we are in south texas.
