Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Is "celebrate" the right word? I don't know. But a bitter basketball fan in Seattle — his words, not mine — is semi-officially counting down the days until Oklahoma City Thunder star Kevin Durant can "get the hell out of OKC for a real market." He's created a nifty countdown clock and everything. It's very professional looking. And a little sad.

(Thanks to Hornets Hype for the heads up.)

Iverson and the Pistons need to look at what a lost does to Detroit.... Micheal Curry needs to get rid of KWAME BROWN!!! He needs to sit STUCKEY down because he thinks he can play like Chanucey. What he needs to do is play Will Bynum.... He played in Europe and got paid more. He doesn't deserve to sit as good of a player he is... Walter Herrmann, another good player. Rip has been one of our leading scoring players since we won in '04 and averaged almost 30 points a game at times. Now he can't even get the BALL!!! What they need to do is feel that urge and have that strive to win, which in this case it doesn't look like they even care about the playoffs. What YOU NEED TO DO PISTONS IS DEE UP!!! Why do think Boston is such a good defending team on both sides of the court. BECAUSE THEY PLAY LIKE A TEAM. C'MON!!! I LOVE THE PISTONS But ya'll gotta show me. As a dedicated fan, I speak for all the dedicated fans. Hurry up and get the feel. OR YALL WILL BE BOO-ED!!!! PEACE ~LOVE

You guys are not seeing the big picture. He has more than enough talent it is just the supporting cast that needs work. Did Michael Jordan have Pippen when he first came into the league? No he did not did Bird have McHale and Parish when he first started? No some of the best of the game had to wait for their supporting cast to arrive. Some times the cast is there when you first start but that is rare. David Robinson and Tim Duncan they won a title in 99' that was because Tim Duncan and Robinson played well together, some people have to mesh before they can play on the court. There might be only one example of a group of guys meshing right from the get-go, that and I hate to say it but Kobe Bryant and Shaq. They sort of meshed from the start, you don't go 15-1 in the playoffs and win a championship upon championships with out meshing. Now in some peoples minds Shaq and Kobe lucked out greatly, and some other people believe that Phil Jackson carried over his coaching talent from Chicago to L.A. That will be debated until the end of time. All Durant needs is a good supporting cast and he should be fine. He would not be in the NBA if he was not good.

Every team would want someone like Durant. Durant just stay in OKC, the fans will idolize you for what its worth. They have nothing else to cheer for, besides the Sooners.. no offense! lol. Yeah, Durant someday you'll get some talent around you where you can competite for a title. Until then, just keep playing hard! go for broke!

OVERRATED!!! Who cares if this kid leaves he isn't that great of ballplayer. Look at his stats, he puts up mediocre numbers on a horrible team. History will show us that Oden and Durant will be the most overrated #1 and #2 picks in NBA history.

If Ray and Lewis still stay with Sonics, there will never be relocation and Kevin Durant will not go either. Seattle is a better city for NBA anyways than OKC
