Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Was it Tayshaun Prince's game-saving block? Chris Paul's back-to-the-basket flip shot? Kobe's self-oop? Or one of LeBron's many playoff highlights? What do you think was the best play of the second round? Watch the videos, then vote for your favorite below.

Prince: Game-saving block. Tayshaun Prince makes a game-saving/securing block on Hedo Turkoglu's dunk in the final seconds of Game 5. Conjures up an image of dad killing a bat with a broom.

LeBron: 'No regard for human life.' LeBron James drives for the huge power slam over Garnett and the Celtics in Game 4. Conjures up an image of a tank with wings. An "angel tank," if you will.

Kobe: Self-oop off glass. Kobe Bryant splits the double team and throws himself an oop off the glass for the two-hand dunk in Game 3. Conjures up an image of a serpentine creature slithering through a mirror.

CP3: Reverse flip lay-up. Chris Paul hits an amazing reverse lay-up after getting fouled in Game 3. Conjures up an image of Doris Burke, drunk off a bottle of red wine, at the winter cottage.

LeBron: Trap block. LeBron James traps Rajon Rondo's lay-up against the glass in Game 3. Conjures up an image of a Lichtenberg figure.

I'd think that Kobe's 3 point play [bank shot after being fouled] is impressive enough to make the list...........

Dear Skeets, what about Chris Paul's driving,-through-the-legs-no-look-oop to Chandler in Game 6 I believe? That was pretty classic.

Lebron's dunk was pretty good, but he automatically is disqualified because of its association with Harlan's scripted and repellant call of the play. I don't even know why that guy does play by play; he should just get a highlight reel and do voice-over for commercials.

Were there really no notable highlights from the Spurs/Jazz/Magic/Celtics in the second round?

@shadow -- If Ronnie Brewer hadn't traveled, I'd have bumped LBJ's block for Deron Williams' no-look pass.

Tie between Kobe and Prince (but.... I voted for Kobe anyway). Paul has a cool but lucky shot, Lebron James' dunk is getting kinda old, and Prince's block was better than his. Still, that play from Kobe.... splits a double team, makes the second effort over everyone else, and throws down a stylish dunk. 3 points.

I am a Lakers fan, but Prince's block on Hedo is the best play.

All that fancy crap means nothing, its the team with the W at the end that everyone remembers.
