LeBron James(notes) celebrated his 25th birthday with 48 points to lead his Cleveland Cavaliers to a 106-101 victory over the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday. Anderson Varejao(notes) made the first three-pointer of his career with just 17.2 seconds left — a birthday swish, as he called it — to tip the game in the home side's favor, and, of course, Cleveland timekeepers also sent their love in the form of shot clock poetry.
But the proverbial icing on the proverbial cake? Shaq's gift.
After the win, Cavs teammate Shaquille O'Neal(notes) said during the post-game show that he bought LeBron a White Rolls Royce Phantom for his birthday. I know next to nothing about luxury cars, but a new Phantom has a manufacturer's suggested retail price near $400,000, according to Yahoo! Autos.
And here I thought the PS3 I got for Christmas was an awesome gift.
