Ball Don't Lie - NBA

Phoenix at Los Angeles Lakers

Cleveland in Miami is a proper game. With both squads at full strength (we, sadly, probably shouldn't plan on Delonte West(notes) returning any time soon, so the Cavs are just about where they're going to be for a while), this is a good gauge of just what each team is on about, this early in the season.

And it's Dwyane Wade(notes), against LeBron James(notes). Awesome, right?

You watch it. Go ahead, 92-89. Have fun with it.

I'm more interested in watching the Suns in Los Angeles. I'm sure you are, too. No, Pau Gasol(notes) isn't healthy, and the Suns played last night, but ... Suns and Lakers. Free-flowing, all that jazz, and worth paying attention to.

In either direction, we should get two killers tonight from TNT. Enjoy, and comment on all the action down below.

Stop laughing. You know what I mean.

Phoenix Suns: 8-1, 97.3 possessions per game (third-fastest in the NBA), 115.4 points scored per 100 possessions (second in the NBA), 108.4 points allowed per 100 possessions (20th).

Los Angeles Lakers: 6-1, 92.3 possessions per game (17th), 108.1 points scored per 100 possessions (12th), 102.5 points allowed per 100 possessions (11th).

LAKERS love to play aggresive against good teams, so I'm predicting Lakers will come out winners for tonights game. In order to win we need to have Gasol or Bynum playing for tonights game and if we dont expect Phil to pull magic for a win. Kobe will get his 27+ points and the rest of the team need to shoot the light out, must, must, must. 112-108 Lakers.

Phoenix is on a streak right now. Without Pau my team will probably have all the problems with their offense.
But still I'm predicting 101-98 Lakers

Lakers handled the "HOT" Suns just like they always have. Patient offense, solid perimeter defense. Phil knows how to beat them, and its easier without Raja Bell getting under Kobe's skin. For once, the bench looked like a mob again, although I like to call them The Shock Troops. Starters mostly sat out the 4th, which is just what they needed to be ready to take care of Denver tonight. All this without Gasol. The Lakers are simply the best.

My prediction was on the spot. Bynum played, Kobe scored 29, Lakers shot the lights out and most of all Lakers got the Win. I should be on the lakers pay roll. lol
