Two pretty good games tonight, with the flailing Nuggets and Blazers going at it in the late contest, and a Mavs/Magic battle should be a doozy.
Actually, I think the Magic should win in a walk, even on the road. But Orlando hasn't always played up to par this season, and though a few days off (the Magic haven't played since Sunday) and the presence of J.J. Redick(notes) in the rotation could spur them to bigger things (that wasn't a joke), we still could get a close one.
Even if Dallas played last night. And it went to overtime. OK, maybe I should have taken the Trail Blazers game.
Either way, we should get a good TNT Thursday. Comment away.
Orlando Magic: 52-22, 92.1 possessions per game (19th), 110.3 points scored per 100 possessions (eighth), 102.8 points allowed per 100 possessions (third). This team is very good.
Dallas Mavericks: 50-25, 92.5 possessions per game (15th), 108.8 points scored per 100 possessions (11th), 106.5 points allowed per 100 possessions (12th).
