Dunk of the Weekend: Andre Iguodala on the Nets

I know what you're thinking. "Is Friday night considered part of the weekend?" Yes, yes it is. Which is why we're awarding Philadelphia 76ers forward Andre Iguodala(notes) with "Dunk of the Weekend" honors for slicing through the Nets' defense and forcing rook Terrence Williams(notes) to drink through a sippy cup. Fire.

    AI is the best dunker in the league. Sadly het got robbed in the dunk contest by scrubby Nate Robinson so he won't do those anymore.

    That is so NOT a travel: On the run after you pick up your dribble, you are allowed 2 steps when going to the hoop. See for yourself. Slow the tape down and watch how many times his feet hit the ground after he picks up his dribble.
    That is so NOT a carry: Just because he craddled the ball running back style he should be called for carrying? A player is allowed to hold the ball any way he chooses.

    not a travel. what a appears to be a first step is not a step because the ball was coming up to his hand and he did not pick up his dribble.
    Iggie is the best in game dunker in the league.
