Cleveland is just a bit excited that Zydrunas Ilguaskas is back

Remember that time the Cleveland Cavaliers traded Zydrunas Ilgauskas to the Wizards as part of the Antawn Jamison(notes) deal? That was awesome.

Then remember how there was posturing that Ilgauskas didn't like being a pawn, and that maybe he'd not end up back with Cleveland? Yeah, well, that didn't happen. The big Lithuanian is back with the Cavs after a month off, and it seems like the Cavs are pretty stoked about that.

I'm having some serious laughs about this whole production. "Z's-land" instead of Cleveland is pretty clever. "J.J. Zickson," not so much. But it is funny, even if Anthony Parker(notes) is a bit of a party pooper for not getting Z-afied.

And it's not just the management trying to make it up to him for associating him with the Wizards during their season from hell — fans are getting in to the celebration as well, mostly with novelty t-shirts.

On the left, Homage Clothing's "welcome back" offering, which calls back to the horrible uniforms Ilgauskas wore as a hair-having rookie. And on the right, Fresh Brewed Tees' pun-ariffic riff on Zydrunas' return. Advantage, Homage Clothing.

All in all, it's a fun tribute to a fan favorite, even if it is a bit silly considering he's just a backup center who was gone for a month. Then again, if Brad Miller(notes) disappeared for 30 days, then returned to the Bulls I'd probably get his face tattooed on my neck.
