CLEVELAND — LeBron James won the 2009 NBA Slam Dunk contest last night, months in advance of the actual competition, dethroning Superman cape-wearing champ Dwight Howard.
James completed seven impressive dunks over the visiting Raptors, including a massive one-handed slam in traffic (:15) and a breakaway Karl Malone-esque stuff (:30) in the third. The judges ate it up.
Toronto's Jermaine O'Neal finished a distant second.

For someone who wants to be the next Jordan, he should at the very least work on better dunks.Needs to work on his finesse.
