Olympic medalists Chris Bosh and Jose Calderon unveiled the Raptor's alternate road uniform Thursday at Air Canada Centre in front of fans, guests and some guy named Matt Devlin. They look pretty slick.
As you can see, the team's third official jersey is black, which we're told is the new red, with some prominent white and red chevrons running down both sides. The threads also has a Canadian flavour, er, flavor with a small maple leaf featured on the back neck. The Raptors say the leaf emphasizes that the Raptors are Canada's team. Not Spain's, not Italy's, not Jason Kapono's — Canada's team! You got that? Good.
