Jimmie Johnson The series runner-up each of the last two seasons is second in the points standings in 2005, 105 points behind Tony Stewart; was the points leader for a vast majority of the season before succumbing to Stewart's recent tear; finished fifth in last week's Sirius Satellite Radio at the Glen for his circuit-high 10th top-five of the season; is tied with Stewart for the series lead with 14 top-10s; has two wins this year after setting a career high with a circuit-best eight checkered flags last year; finished 19th in the Batman Begins 400 in June but expects to run better here this time: "We started to sort some stuff out and I'm really excited about Michigan.
