Kevin Harvick Harvick enters Las Vegas third in the Sprint Cup standings, eight points behind series leader Denny Hamlin and just two points behind second-ranked Greg Biffle.
Dale Earnhardt Jr. Earnhardt dropped three positions, from second to fifth in the standings, 17 points behind series leader Denny Hamlin and one point ahead of Martin Truex Jr. and Mark Martin, who are tied for sixth.
