Drivers to Watch

Denny Hamlin Dropped two places in the standings into a tie for fifth place with Dale Earnhardt Jr. Both drivers are 20 points behind series leader Greg Biffle.
Kyle Busch 16th, 24 points out of the top 10. Lost four spots last week.
Mark Martin 17th, 26 points out of the top 10. Lost seven positions last week.
Greg Biffle Remained in first place in the Sprint Cup Series for the second consecutive week. His total of 157 points leads second-ranked Kevin Harvick by 9.
Ryan Newman 13th, same as last week, only five points out of the top 10.
Kevin Harvick Harvick remains in second in the Cup standings, moving up one point on points leader Greg Biffle (from a 10-point deficit before Bristol to a 9-point deficit afterward). He leads third-ranked Matt Kenseth by just three points.
Joey Logano Logano remains in eighth place for the third straight week but has fallen into a tie with Clint Bowyer; both drivers are 31 points behind series leader Greg Biffle. They're also three points ahead of 10th-ranked Paul Menard.
Tony Stewart After climbing five spots in the standings, from 12th to 7th, the previous week following his first career Sprint Cup win at Las Vegas, Stewart remained in seventh following Bristol. Stewart is 27 points behind series leader Greg Biffle, seven points behind Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Denny Hamlin, who are tied for fifth, and four points ahead of Clint Bowyer and Joey Logano, who are tied for eighth.
Jimmie Johnson 11th, two points out of the top 10. Gained 12 spots last week -- six because of his finish at Bristol and six more when his 25-point penalty from earlier this season was overturned on appeal.
Clint Bowyer Bowyer made a huge jump upward in the standings with his fourth-place finish at Bristol, going from 13th to a tie for 8th with fellow Toyota driver Joey Logano, 31 points behind series leader Greg Biffle. It's the first time Bowyer has been in the top 10 in the standings in 2012.
Carl Edwards 15th, 16 points out of the top 10. Lost nine spots from last week to fall out of the top 10.
Martin Truex Jr. Jumped up four places in the standings to fourth. Is 18 points behind series leader Greg Biffle and two points ahead of Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Denny Hamlin, who are tied for fifth place.

Paul Menard After dropping out of the top 10 in the previous two races, Menard's 16th-place finish at Bristol allowed him to climb back up into the top 10 for the second time this season. He's 10th, 34 points behind series leader Greg Biffle.
