Burton believes the Coca-Cola 600 is one of the toughest races of the year. "We're seeing a lot of green-flag runs now," said Burton. "A few years ago we couldn't have a long green-flag run. It helps to have a break, especially in a 600-mile race. You need to be in shape. If you're not in shape in May, it's too late. You already need to be in shape because it is a long race."
