Lap 314 — Kyle Busch increases his lead over Reutimann to four seconds.
Lap 313 — Ten laps short on fuel, Matt Kenseth makes a pit.
Lap 311 — Martin Truex is on pit road. Kasey Kahne drops a lap down.
Lap 309—Jimmie Johnson is frozen in 38th position, as Juan Montoya stays on the track.
Lap 307 — David Reutimann drops 2.5 seconds behind Kyle Busch, who leads the field for another lap.
Lap 305—Kurt Busch is still two laps short on fuel. Mark Martin and team are reporting they are six laps short.
Lap 304 — Jeff Gordon is passed and cannot stay on the lead lap. Kyle Busch has managed to drop his fuel shortage to a lap and a half.
Lap 302—Speeds have slowed as drivers conserve fuel for the final 30 laps.
Lap 298 — Mark Martin loses a spot and is now in fifth. David Reutimann continues in second, 1.4 seconds off the lead.
Lap 296 — Kyle Busch slows abruptly in the corner, trying to save fuel with less than 40 laps to go.
Lap 294 — Dale Earnhardt Jr. moves down to 6th, Reed Sorenson is back on the track.
Lap 292 — Mark Martin debates another trip to pit road for fuel.
Lap 290—Kurt Busch and crew report they'll be two laps short of fuel.
Lap 286 — Kyle Busch continues to lead 18 drivers on the lead lap, just inside 50 laps to go. Kurt Busch has dropped to fourth after losing a second to brother Kyle on pit road.
Lap 281—Matt Kenseth had moved up to third.
Lap 277 - Kyle Busch is reporting vibration, worries about loose tire, thinks he'll be a few laps short of fuel. The crew is trying to reassure Kyle of their perfomance in the pit.
Lap 273 — Matt Kenseth moves to third, chased by Mark Martin who starts to make a move in the turn.
Lap 271 — Kyle Busch is back in the lead as Kurt Busch drops to sixth. David Reutimann is in second, 2.6 seconds off the lead.
Lap 270 — Denny Hamlin is too tight and on pit road, reports car has changed since he went into the wall.
Lap 269—Kyle Busch gets a track bar adjustment and tape to his front end. Kurt Busch takes the lead.
Lap 265—Only 19 cars are on the lead lap. Robby Gordon enters pit road, gets tires and fuel. David Earnhardt calls for air pressure adjustments, Tony Stewart makes up time on Mark Martin and Kasey Kahne reports car is too loose.
Lap 262—Leaders are reporting some sliding in the corners as tires wear down.
Lap 261—Leaders are expected to pit within the next 7-10 laps as crew cheifs and teammates break out their calculators. Juan Montoya is back in the race.
Lap 259 — Martin Truex had dropped to 17th, followed by Jeff Gordon, who is still fighting to stay on the lead lap.
Lap 256 — Two hours and 43 minutes into the race, Kyle Busch continues to lead as drivers prepare for another trip to pit road.
Lap 255 — Mark Martin is fastest around the track at 170 mph. He maintains his position in fourth.
Lap 252 — Brad Keselowski is out of the garage and headed back into the race.
Lap 251—Kyle and Kurt Busch have led all but 13 laps. Kyle Busch reports his amusement with having his brother Kurt stalk him all day.
Lap 249—David Reutimann holds off Mark Martin for third. Kyle Busch leads brother Kurt who is 1.4 seconds off the lead position.
Lap 245—Mark Martin gains another five points on Jimmie Johnson, taking the margin to 70 points in the Chase.
Lap 243 — Jeff Gordon reports a faster car after his last trip to pit road. He is currently in 18th, 19.9 seconds behind the leader.
Lap 241—Officials checking for debris in Turn 1.
Lap 238—Twenty-one drivers are on the lead lap, eight are out of the race and Kyle Busch continue to lead. Mark Martin passes Tony Stewart in fourth.
Lap 232 — Kyle Busch has led five times for 137 laps and maintains his lead over Kurt Busch in second and David Reutimann in third.
Lap 229—Dave Rogers, crew chief for Kyle Busch, reports they are a little short on fuel but is pleased with today's performance thus far. Mark Martin moves up to fifth, dropping Jimmie Johnson's points lead to 75 points.
Lap 228—Joey Logano reports smoke coming from car.
Lap 221—Dale Earnhardt Jr. drops a spot to 7th, 5.5 second behind the leader, Kyle Busch. David Reutimann and Tony Stewart fight for the third position.

Lap 204—Chad Knaus reports Jimmie Johnson isn't running as fast as he'd like but hopes to pick up a few spots.
Lap 197—Kyle Busch and his new crew chief, Dave Rogers, are in sync with few adjustments to the car to this point. Tony Stewart holds down the 5th position in his new car. Matt Kenseth started 30th and has moved up to 6th, crediting the cooler track for the move in positions.
Lap 191—Kurt Busch continues to lead brother Kyle by 1.4 seconds. Reutimann is in third, followed by Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Lap 170 — Jimmie Johnson continues to make repairs on pit road, tells team he wants to finish the race, even if they can't gain another spot the rest of the day.
Lap 169 — Officials report two laps to green. Kyle Busch holds the lead position.
Lap 168 — Kyle Busch leads the drivers to pit road and is out in under 13 seconds. Marcos Ambrose calls for new tires and spends more than 18 seconds on pit road, losing several spots.
Lap 167 — Jeff Burton gets the free pass. Crews are cleaning debris in Turn 1.
Lap 165—YELLOW FLAG NO. 3: Jeff Gordon is reporting debris in Turn 1.
Lap 162 — Jimmie Johnson has moved up three spots to 40th. Jeff Gordon fights to stay on the lead lap and has picked his lap times up.
Lap 159—Martin Truex is now in danger of being a lap down, running in 19th. Kyle Busch has now led three times for 100 of the 160 laps.
Lap 154 — Jeff Gordon is within 3 seconds of running a lap down, currently in 18th.

Lap 146 — Denny Hamlin becomes the new leader. He started 25th, made a wedge adjustment and he reports it has helped a great deal.
Lap 145 - Greg Biffle reports no rear grip after pitting and calls for ties.
Lap 142—Jimmie Johnson is back on pit road for more repairs. Dale Earnhardt Jr. pits for new tires. Martin Truex gets tires as well, worried about spinning out. Mark Martin reports his car is loose and Jeff Gordon reports a tight car.

Lap 137 — Brad Keselowski fights to stay on the lead lap, 31 seconds behind the leader.
Lap 134 — Jimmie Johnson is back up to speed at 185 mph. He is 117 laps behind the leader, Kyle Busch.
Lap 133 — Mark Martin fights with Clint Boyer for the 9th spot.
Lap 130 — Kyle Busch has now led 73 laps. 18 drivers are behind the lead lap.
Lap 129—Marcos Ambrose is excited on the radio, calling his car fast and thanking the team.

Lap 113—Jimmie Johnson is headed toward the track, 112 laps behind the leader. He has no rear bumper.
Lap 111—Kurt Busch has the fastest speed of the race at 195mph and is currently in second. Marcos Ambrose' car gets faster as the track cools, pushing him to third.
Lap 107—Kyle Busch continues to chase the weekend trifecta, leading the field just in front of brother Kurt.
Lap 102—Mark Martin moves back towards the front, currently in 13th after having to park around Sam Hornish Jr. in the pit.

Lap 32—Sam Hornish Jr drops a lap behind the leader as Kurt Busch fights off brother Kyle for the lead position.
Lap 31 — Kasey Kahne calls the track his nemesis but is running strong in 13th.
Lap 26 — Kurt Busch is running the straightaway at speeds approaching 190 mph. Points leader Jimmie Johnson is now 26 laps behind the leader.
Lap 23—Michael McDowell heads to the garage. Kurt Busch continues to lead, followed by brother Kyle in second and Jeff Gordon in third.

3:08 p.m.—John Andretti moves to the back due to an engine change and Bill Elliott is going to the back for a transmission change.
2:30 p.m.— NASCAR Countdown is underway on ABC.
2:20 p.m. ET—Texas Motor Speedway will host Sunday's drivers under mostly cloudy skies. Green for the Dickies 500 is scheduled for 3:31 p.m. ET with Jeff Gordon on the pole.
