The wreck of the week was, without question, Jimmie Johnson's lap-three blowout in Texas. But since we've already covered that, let's take a look at another wreck that, in some small way, could affect the pace of the Chase. Juan Pablo Montoya got into the back of Carl Edwards, and Jeff Gordon spun in the ensuing melee -- that's two of Johnson's three closest pursuers involved. (Sorry, Carl.) Anyway, here's how it unfolded:
Gordon was able to recover somewhat, but Montoya was done for the day and the Chase. Somehow, though, I think we'll see him again.

MarkN-Lol! got loose yeah right into Carl you already used that one on your bf Davey, I bet youd say that if a Roush guy had done it instead. You couldnt be more transparent. Juans the only tool that will take a guy out and then turn it around on that guy.
Actually their smart guy ive said a number of times that I think Juan is a dirty driver. You talk aload of bull, ofcourse ill care more if its my driver, you dont take a driver out and blame him the guy is that arrogant he wont admit his own mistakes.

He didnt do on purpose but he sure didnt give a damn that he took someone out with him and shoved the blame on the victim in my book the two instances arent very diffrent.

JimT I think there is a difference between driving hard and taking someone out on purpose. The difference is turning left or right.
