After the jump, the winners of our giant-flag caption contest.

There was definitely a theme at work here.

Winner, Travis L:
Things overheard in this year's patriotism contest: "Big deal. You can fart the Star Spangled Banner. It takes talent to poop out a 100-foot American flag ... IN MID-AIR."

Runner-up, blahblahblah:
"Considering it was in Tennessee, I'm guessing the last thing he said before jumping was, 'Hey y'all, watch this!'" [You forgot 'hold my beer.' -Ed.]

    1) so what if i never won! do you think my sponsors really cared?
    2) jamie and anna finally agree on one thing. spanish is becoming more and more practical to learn.
    3) after juan pablo yelled a stream of spanish expletives at him out the window, he decided to ask someone who hears a lot of dirty spanish words what they meant.
