From the Marbles - NASCAR

The guy takes more grief than anybody this side of Dale Earnhardt Jr., but I gotta say, I still like Kyle Petty. Close out your week with this collection of outtakes and silliness:

"Women's skin. I love women's skin." That's gonna give me the heebie-jeebies for awhile.

All right, that'll do it for the working week. This weekend, we've got not one, but two guest commentaries, plus that lil' ol' Phoenix race on Sunday afternoon. While you're waiting, those of you who aren't yet sick of all the ranting we do here all week can check out my appearance on a couple of podcasts -- the fine folks at Joe Sports Fan and Kissing Suzy Kolber have welcomed me on their shows in recent weeks, and I thank them for that. Check out the podcasts and see whatcha think.

Have a good one, and we'll talk to you more this weekend!

Kyle is funny...and he doesn't always toe the politically correct line.

Kyle may not be remembered for his victories or championships, but I will tell you this -
His creativity, along with his wife Jill, working through the loss of their son, and yet carrying his ideas and love to the next level - that is something that should NEVER be over-looked. The Victory Junction camp is a god-send and through their tireless efforts to raise money ; the tremendous charity of one Tony Stewart - it's amazing what this "team" has done!
For a guy that could have kicked-back and lived off of the laurels of his father/grand-father, and the machine that is/was "Petty Ent", he sure is a roll model than many of us should look to every single day.
It's nice to be improtant - but it's more important to be nice They certainly prove that!

Kyle Petty shouldn't be allowed to speak publicly. Hes a bozzo been riding his dads coattails for ever. Funny thing is he has actually won a few races, although a long time ago. Since then hes done nothing but get in the way. Can't even make a good commentater.

Putz STFU. Petty's got more class on one of his skin flakes than you do. Lord knows he could run cirles around you on a race track.

I know that Kyle is a good man...Victory Junction says that .. When he was announcing Nascar his constant "My God" was very disrespectful to the whole nation. I know it is a habit but it is a sin to say that. Itt offends a lot of people, I know some that turned of the announcers and listed on radio.

capncalyx - You're right about Jay and his silliness, but what you don't seem to realize is that us Marbleheads love his silliness. He makes these boards FUN! They were a bore before he took over. Jay added the fun.

Beverly - What's a sin to one person, is not necessarily a sin to others. That should be left up to the individual and God to decide. It's also not up to you to decide and accuse. "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone. You are not without sin my lady. Read Romans 3:23,

So you are judging me and preaching the Book to me. You go read what it says to take the Lord's name in vain!!! You can listen to him but I don't have too.
