Yahoo! Sports gained exclusive access to the Albuquerque, N.M., training camp of UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.

Jones takes us through two training sessions, first at the Jackson MMA gym and then at his workout gym with trainer Kelly Tekin.

Here’s a brief outline of Jon Jones’ fight training:

• Warm-up

• Kneeling clean and press

• Landmine row: 4 sets, increasing weight

• Dumbbell squat press: 10 reps, 3 sets

• Turf-sled push, combine with power thruster: One-arm rotations

• Alternating band rows: 3 sets, 20-seconds each

• Band punches: 30-seconds, reverse sides

• Vertimax kickboxing machine

• Knee jump, combine with box jump
