Yahoo! Contributor NetworkOn Conan, Gina Carano Asks ‘Are We Talking About Sex or Fighting?’
What I love about Gina Carano is that she's always herself no matter who she's talking to. Gina was hilarious on "The Conan O'Brien Show".

If you're at work or somewhere people would be offended by the video—have no fear, I've transcribed the best bits below.
Conan O'Brien chatting with Gina Carano
Conan started off by saying, "The fights scenes are so…I'm in love with you now. I'm a repressed Catholic so seeing a woman beat a guy. It's fantastic."
Conan then asked Gina how she got into mixed martial arts (MMA).
Gina: "Well, I was drinking forties (40 oz. malt liquor) with my ex-boyfriend one night…Olde English."
Conan: "No! I don't need to hear anything more. Anything makes sense after that."
After sharing the story of her first visit to a gym, being introduced to the sport and then having her first fight, Gina revealed, "I'm so nervous. I would rather get punched in the face right now."
Conan was surprised by Gina feeling nervous.
Conan: "This is a quote of yours. You likened cage fighting to sex. I wanna know why that's true—in great detail."
Gina: "If you think about it, it's a very real interaction between two human beings. It's like you have an energy—and I have an energy—and it's like an energy that no one else is gonna share."
In a series of bantering back and forth, Conan said, "Yes! Did they tell you I was a perv before you got here? Do you ever find that your partner, when you're fighting, tires more quickly than you do?"
Gina: "Are we talking about men or women, right now? Are we talking about sex or fighting?"
Conan: "I don't care! I really don't care. It's all so amazing to me."
"Haywire" Movie Reviews
"Haywire" is receiving rave reviews and, of course, not-so-great reviews.
This review is from someone I know, Shelley Devine, who saw a preview screening, "Everything a girl could want! It's kinda like a good dose of therapy, where a girl beats up bad boys in realistically crafted fight scenes. Carano is as real as it gets and the audience liked it! But the movie falls short, being far too predictable."
Shelly is a Muay Thai trainer at Sityodtong, Mark DellaGrotte's MMA school.
