Jeremy Horn was a fantastic fighter/trainer who Tim Sylvia, Robbie Lawler, Rich Franklin, and especially Matt Hughes credit some of their success to. Matt Hughes has stated repeatedly that he would have never won a championship without Horn. Jeremy Horn is considered a legend my the all true MMA fans.

Ron M, Again kid Overeem gained 17lbs of muscle in 18 months. NCAA and NFL players put on 15lbs of solid muscle in a single off-season but Overeem does it over the course of 1.5 years and he's juicing. Great logic there. It would be pretty safe to say that Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler are on the juice but the way you throw out steroid accusations is not only redundant it's very amateur and noob esque of you. Dana, Overeem was officially 224 at Strikeforce in November of 2007. At K-1, 13 months later, he was officially 253.4. Those are official numbers. So instead of 17 pounds in 18 months, it was actually 29.4 pounds in 13 months. Add that to the fact that MMA training is cardio-intensive (in other words, hard to add muscle) and Overeem looked shredded recently...and Japan has no testing = pretty easy to believe he was on something.
