Karo Parisyan has dropped off another UFC card. The Armenian fighter, coming off a nine-month drug suspension, has pulled out of his fight with Dustin Hazelett. The reason is unknown. Whatever it is, UFC president Dana White isn't pleased:

Parisyan also pulled out at the last minute at UFC 88. He has struggled with panic attacks and anxiety disorder in the past. White's tired of hearing the excuses, valid or not:

White said Hazelett will get both his show and win money since he got screwed out of a fight after eight weeks of training.

Cagewriter spoke with the director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Keith Kizer, who was unaware of Parisyan dropping from the card around 1 p.m. PT.

He did point out that the commission never got the fine money from Parisyan. He was going to pay the state back with a portion of his show money at UFC 106.

Parisyan was due $40,000 to show and $40,000 to win this weekend. He's obviously getting nothing now that he's dropped out of UFC 106. He still owes Nevada $32,000 from the fine levied during the March hearing. Parisyan, 27, was given suspended for the use of two types of painkillers before his fight against Dong Hyun Kim.
