That's Jared Shaw to the right of referee Troy Waugh. Some MMA fans claim they saw Shaw screaming, "No, no!" Shaw, EliteXC VP, told MMARated.com that he was screaming about an illegal blow. He claimed that when Kimbo went down he was hit by an illegal blow in the back of the head. That's funny because we didn't see him screaming when James Thompson appeared to have a gotten a tap out from Kimbo last time around.

Can't blame the guy. Elite XC is built around Kimbo. A Kimbo win would have been great for Elite XC.

If you've just witnessed your one and only asset lose all of its value, lustre and shine then you would be pissed to.
Jared Shaw, welcome to Main Street USA.

Can't blame the guy. When greed and ingenuity mix, things like this are bound to happen. Kimbo should of been started as a guy on the come up, that way he EARNS the fights that are coming to him. Just because a guy was a internet sensation it doens't mean he's gonna bring in the big bucks. I think something like this would have fit Tito Ortiz if he was to go to this organization earlier....Hopefully EliteXC doesn't get affected too much...

He didn't tap, really. It looks like it in a regular speed playback, but in slow motion, it's obvious he's giving a thumbs up.

I did see Seth poppin Kimbo in the back of the head at least twice when he first went down but it probably wouldn't have made a difference in the outcome of the fight even if the ref broke it up.

It truly is a shame to have Kimbo sell out the way he did. I guess it's back to the streets for BIMBO SLICE! As for Elite, they should not have sold out Kimbo. He would have been good for them. Now he is just another sell out, not worth paying to see. Kimbo-youo lost one f your fans!

I love it. Everyone can now get off this high rise Kimbo trip. he is and always will be an internet fighter. He looks good when you pair him up with my grandma on a fight card but thats about it. A word to Kimbo, stick with fighting losers, anybody with talent will give you your "first black eye," over and over.

We can add another big loser of money into the equation after Kimbo's hype and myth were exposed last night, and that is Tito Ortiz. Tito and his accountant must still be crying after Petruzelli knocked out their huge pay day.
Who is Tito going to fight now? Maybe he can fight Carano if she can drop down to 205? I sure hope that Tito got a sign on bonus.

Hillarious, I'm so glad he was sitting right there for us for us. I want to frame this and put some cleaver motivation quote like, "Don't let your hopes and dreams ride on the back of a youtube clip."

This outcome was only a matter of time. Kimbum would eventually be forced to fight someone who could actually fight, with predictable results. He was a creation of hype and B.S. Hopefully he'll go away, Good riddance!!!

If the 14 seconds wasn't embarrassing enough for Kimbo,,the video shows the referee stepping in with 4:49 showing on the clock,,11 seconds total,,and he was probably actually done in about 9 seconds,,I hope he had fun at his "after-party", because he won't be having any more,,,hopefully

Sorry Kimbum, try WWE or TNA, I'm sure they would give you six figures as well. Not a Slice Basher by any means, I understand the get your paper up, but capitalize on scripted writing that can do a better job of maintaining the mystique that is Kimbo.
