B.J. Penn released a question and answer vlog on Monday and made the statement that he never wants to fight in the state of Nevada again because of the way his case with "Greasegate" was handled. He reiterated some of those points and expanded on others during an interview with Xtreme Radio in Las Vegas:
"For me Keith Kizer can't be trusted, the head of the Athletic Commission can't be trusted. I never want to fight under the Nevada State Athletic Commission again."
Penn thought the NSAC's stumbling and bumbling started that night against Georges St. Pierre in the cage:
"If I go up there and make a warning, the guy is going to put hot pepper on his gloves, and then you catch him doing it and you don't walk across and let me know, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth."
Penn told Dave and Mahoney that the hearing process resembled Keystone Cops:
"They looked real professional when they were going to take Karo's money away from him for taking a percocet," Penn said about Karo Parisyan's $32,000 fine for testing positive for three pain killers after UFC 94. "As soon as we come to do our case, they start flip-flopping, like it wasn't even the same commission. They were real weird."
Penn puts much of the blame on Kizer:
"Keith Kizer doesn't want to look anyone in the eye. That Pat Lundvall, she wants to ask all these, just the weirdest questions. I thought the Athletic Commission was there for your health and safety, not to dick you around."
Penn also repeated that Kenny Florian was the source who first alerted the Penn Camp to the possibility that GSP greases. Florian has denied that he sent a text saying so. Penn says the Florian text was sent to David Weintraub, who with the Penn camp in Hilo.
When asked about GSP using steroids or HGH, Penn still feels not everyone is playing under the same rules. He points out that it took 20 years to catch Ken Shamrock using steroids. Just because a guy passes tests doesn't mean that he's clean.
Penn is in Las Vegas this weekend for an appearance at a local Walmart along with Mark Coleman, Kevin Randleman and Quinton Jackson on Saturday from Noon-1:30 p.m. PT. Let's see what happens if he crosses paths with Kizer at some point later in the evening at UFC 98.

I was disappointed he didn't get anywhere with the NSAC but they made their ruling, nothing he or anyone else can do, so yes, I wish BJ would let it go but I don't hate him for not doing so... I'm still a fan
GSP has gotten alot bigger the last couple years, its like a whole different weight class, deny it all you want, pics don't lie...
Serra destroyed him the first time around but when they fought the second time GSP was huge- go back and watch, Serra could no longer push around physically... now that's fishy but you know what he has his coming, there is no doubt who the bigger man is between Pitbull and GSP
As for Florian, he couldn't handle Sherk, what makes you think he has a shot against BJ- because he beat roger "super-model" huerta and destroyed joe "big pu ssy" stevenson, now all of a sudden he's a force?
Good luck Kenny, I'm going to enjoy watching you and your bi tch ash crew get worked in Philly

I never want to see Penn and GSP ever fight again, but Penn is right, he told the commission GSP would be greased and lo and behold, he was…
I really don’t care how lipstick got on the pig, but if the pig is wearing lipstick, it must have gotten on the pig somehow. GSP was greased; I really don’t care how it happened.
I fully agree about Florian. I have never respected Florian as a fighter because he has easy match ups (never facing wrestlers in his bid for the championship). Florian loses against wrestlers and guys who push the pace physically, just look at his record. If he fought Edgar, Maynard, Guida or any of the other physical 155 pounders, he would get mauled. When I see him consistently face and beat physical 155 pounders, I will give him respect as a fighter. I actually believe that Penn is an easier match up for Florain than Maynard or Guida. Florain doesn’t like to get muscled.

Get a clue and some facts. Sherk beat Florian years ago befolre Flolrian utterly changed his game. The Florian of today is a whole different fighter than he was when he battled Sherk several years back. Sherk (--who is one of my favorite fighters--) would get killed by Florian were they to fight now (2009). Some fighters get better and peak--as is the case with GSP. The GSP of 2006 is not the GSP of today (2009). GSP works like a maniac to improve. Florian works like a maniac to improve. But BJ the "Quitter" Penn has not evolved or improved. He is a little lazy pile of garbage. He was overrated to start, and he has never worked to improve his game. He is the same lazy rich brat that he was to begin with……….Your view is jejune.

Can you use more inane "comparisons" in your desperate attempt to claim GSP "cheated?"
Give it a rest Sally. Penn got embarassed by GSP. It wasn't even close. All fighters use grease, some more, some less - its been blown way out of proportion by Penn for a reason - he had to quit in front of millions of people. Thats right - quit, because he would have died had he went another round.
Penn is a fine fighter, but he cannot beat GSP.

of course he does- he's BJ Penn, isn't he? Wouldn't be a Celtics game if Paul Pierce didn't get hurt, wouldn't be an NFL season if some overpaid thug didn't get arrested for doing some stupid $h!t in public that he could've gotten away with doing at home in his outrageous "crib", and it wouldn't be a BJ Penn story if he wasn't complaining, whining or blaming somebody for something...
