Conrad & Pause Named MLS W.O.R.K.S. Humanitarians Of The Year

MLS has announced that Kansas City Wizards defender Jimmy Conrad and Chicago Fire midfielder Logan Pause have been named the MLS W.O.R.K.S. Humanitarians of the Year. It is the first time the award has been shared.

Both players have been honored for their work in the community with Conrad being active in numerous charities, including Athletes Against Autism and the Child Protection Center. Pause has donated his time to the U.S. Soccer Foundation’s Passback Program and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Conrad, 32, is a long-serving veteran of MLS, having played 11 seasons in the league with the San Jose and Kansas City franchises. He’s also been capped 26 times by the U.S. Men’s National Team.

Spending his entire career with the Chicago Fire is Pause who has made 164 appearances for the midwest club. He’s also been capped by the USMNT on five different occasions.
