      <description> &lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Catcher Ronny Paulino gave the Marlins a welcomed boost behind the plate in 2009. Paulino says he's looking forward to returning in 2010 to improve on the strides he made sharing playing time with John Baker.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Paulino, who earned $440,000 in 2009, is one of 12 arbitration-eligible players the Marlins must deal with this winter.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"This is my first time in another organization," said Paulino, who was acquired from Pittsburgh in March after the Marlins lost out in their efforts to sign Ivan Rodriguez. "I think you get different experiences every year. It helps you for the next year to get a better approach."&lt;/p&gt;
