Player Notes
Alex Dickerson homered for the fourth consecutive game Wednesday as the Padres beat the Blue Jays by a score of 8-4 at Rogers Centre in Toronto.

Advice: Dickerson went deep for a solo shot in the top of the eighth inning, becoming the first Padres rookie to homer in four straight games. The 26-year-old outfielder has been on an absolute tear over the last week and he has a clear path to regular playing time down the stretch with Melvin Upton now out of the picture in San Diego. Buy, buy, buy.

Alex Dickerson went 2-for-5 and hit a three-run homer off the Jays' Marcus Stroman on Tuesday.

Advice: The Padres will want to give Hunter Renfroe a look before the year is out, but Dickerson is going to be their starting left fielder until further notice. He has an .879 OPS in 80 at-bats.
