Player Notes
Mike Trout went 1-for-4 with an RBI double in Sunday's loss to the Red Sox.

Advice: Disappointing end to a series that started out promisingly enough for the Angels, who romped into Fenway with a 12-5 win on Friday before scoring just four runs combined in the next two games. Trout managed an RBI double off Wade Miley to draw the Angels to within 3-1 in the sixth inning on Sunday, but the team wouldn't score again and the Red Sox would tack on another three runs, anyway. Trout is hitting like Mike Trout and currently sports a .301/.392/.552 slash with 11 homers, 25 RBI, 34 runs scored and eight steals.

Mike Trout went 3-for-6 with an RBI single, a run scored, and a stolen base Friday against the Red Sox.

Advice: Trout was initially ruled out while trying to steal third base in the top of the fifth inning, but the call was overturned after an instant replay review revealed his nifty slide to avoid the tag. He already has eight stolen bases through 42 games this season after swiping 16 all of last year. The 23-year-old has three straight multi-hit games, which has pulled his batting average up to .303 on the year.

Mike Trout is starting at DH for the Angels on Thursday.

Advice: Trout had made all 40 of his previous starts in center field. It's just an opportunity to rest his legs. Collin Cowgill will start in center against the Blue Jays.

Fri, May 22 Rotoworld
Mike Trout went 2-for-3 with two walks, a solo home run, and three runs scored in Wednesday's victory against the Blue Jays.

Advice: Trout singled and scored in the fourth inning, homered in the fifth, and walked and scored in the seventh. As the Angels scored only four runs on the evening, Trout was a pretty big factor in the outcome. The defending AL MVP is batting .288/.386/.555 with 11 home runs, 22 RBI, and seven stolen bases.

Thu, May 21 Rotoworld
Mike Trout went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and two RBI in Saturday's win over the Orioles.

Advice: Move along, nothing to see here. With Giancarlo Stanton hitting moonshots and Bryce Harper smacking home runs every other day, it's easy to forget about Trout's brilliant work on the West Coast. One shouldn't do that. With the 3-for-5 day, he's now hitting .300/.399/.577 with 10 home runs, 21 RBI, 28 runs scored and a 7-for-9 mark on steals.
