Tateyama has been called up by the Rangers, reports Julia Morales of YNN Austin.
Recommendation: With Neftali Feliz being placed on the 15-Day DL, the Rangers needed someone to fill a roster spot. Tateyama had a 4.50 ERA in 39 relief appearances for Texas in 2011, and has had a 0.54 ERA pitching in 12 Triple-A games this season.
