Player Notes
Jason Heyward hit a two-run homer Monday in the Cubs' 5-2 victory over the Reds.

Advice: Look who might be finding his stroke, just in the nick of time. Heyward has seven hits in the last four games, three of them going for extra bases. The Cubs offense would be a whole lot more difficult to deal with in October if Heyward can give them another threat in the bottom half of the order.
