Player Notes
Scott Sizemore had a three-run double and a run scored in Friday's loss to the Rays.

Advice: Sizemore made his first major league start at first base on Thursday, but he was back at third base for Friday's game. It looks like the Yankees will mix him in against left-handers, so there's a good chance he'll be in the lineup Sunday against Cesar Ramos. He could be worth a temporary look in AL-only leagues.

Yankees purchased the contract of INF Scott Sizemore from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Advice: Sizemore will add some depth and versatility to the banged up Yankees' infield. The 29-year-old owns a .238/.328/.381 batting line over 160 games in the majors. He has played just two games on the big league level since 2011 due to knee injuries.

Fri, Apr 18 Rotoworld
The Yankees are expected to call up Scott Sizemore from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

Advice: He'll have to be added to the 40-man roster. Sizemore is a logical candidate for a call-up with the Yankees right now, as he has experience between second and third base.
