Smith (shoulder) is scheduled to start for the Tulsa Drillers on Sunday, insidetherockies.com reports Recommendation: At this point it seems doubtful that he will be able to crack the major league rotation in 2009. He may get called up in September, depending on how his rehab assignment plays out, but the back end of the Rockies' rotation has been solid enough to box Smith out. |
