Recommendation: Ohlendorf pitched out of the Yankees' bullpen before coming over to the Pirates last summer. Pittsburgh's organization has stressed that he throw his sinker more often. "I always had a sinker," Ohlendorf said Sunday, "but I never used it as much as when I got to Indianapolis." Ohlendorf only saw five swings and misses in 87 pitches against the free swinging Marlins on Sunday, but he's growing into a more complete pitcher. From a fantasy perspective, however, a low strikeout rate will likely prevent him from becoming much more than a middle of the rotation starter, as his 7-7, 4.63 ERA suggests.

Advice: Ohlendorf has yielded just two runs over 14 innings in his last two starts after being tagged for six runs in five innings of a 7-3 loss to Cleveland on June 19.
