David Murphy hit a two-run homer in the first inning, and the Rangers made it hold up Wednesday in a 3-1 over the A's.
Advice: Murphy had an awful April after being handed a full-time gig for the first time in his career, but now back sitting against some lefties, he's hit .291 with four homers and 11 RBI in 55 at-bats this month.
