RHP Matt Albers told MASNsports.com he has not set a weight-loss goal for this offseason, "but losing 10 pounds would probably be good." Orioles manager Dave Trembley asked the versatile reliever to return to the club in better shape in 2010. Albers, listed at 205 pounds, had a 5.51 ERA in 67 innings with the Orioles last season.
