LHP Sean Marshall retired Braves RF Jason Heyward for the save Monday night, one day after the Reds named LHP Aroldis Chapman as the closer. Chapman was not available after pitching three of four days.

Marshall recorded one out in the ninth inning Monday to earn his eighth save as the Reds defeated the Braves, 4-1.
Recommendation: Marshall and Jose Arredondo were called upon to close out Monday's game as Aroldis Chapman had pitched four times in the last five days. With Chapman still yet to allow a run this season and Marshall's recent struggles, look for Chapman to get the team's next save opportunity.
