RHP Randy Messenger, RHP Marwin Vega, LHP Cesar Jimenez and 1B Bryan LaHair were outrighted to Class AAA Tacoma, removing them from the Mariners' 40-man roster. All except for Vega could choose to decline the assignment and become free agents.
