RHP Brandon Lyon has earned some eighth inning time as a result of his 1.65 ERA and the fact that RHP Wilton Lopez has been worked heavily. Lyon had started out the year doing some low-leverage work, but manager Brad Mills knows that can't last forever.
"My concern sometimes is you want to be able to use them enough to keep him sharp because I've been using Lopey so much," Mills said.
