3B Aubrey Huff played third for the second consecutive game, replacing Melvin Mora, who was hit on the right shoulder by a ball during infield drills Tuesday. Huff committed a costly error on the first ball hit to him Tuesday but has been flawless since. He has started 34 games at DH and two at first base. |

Huff started at third base again Tuesday after Melvin Mora was scratched from the lineup. Recommendation: Huff is in no real danger of losing playing time anyway, as he has recently been moved to the cleanup spot in the order. |

Huff hit a tie-breaking three-run homer and Baltimore beat Kansas City 7-4 Friday night for its 11th straight victory over the Royals. Advice: Huff has batted .320 (16-for-50) with three homers and seven RBIs over the last 13 games, collecting at least a hit in all but one of those appearances. This season, he is hitting .271 with six homers and 23 RBIs. |
