Recommendation: Carlos Ruiz is out of the lineup for Tuesday's matinee against the Astros, with Schneider catching Cliff Lee. Schneider has gone 8-for-29 with no homers and just two RBI in his 11 games this season. He'll be in when Ruiz needs a break, but it he doesn't appear to be a threat to steal significant playing time.
