LHP Randy Wolf stands the best chance of being offered salary arbitration among the 14 Dodgers who filed for free agency. Wolf went a modest 11-7 last season but had a solid 3.23 ERA and lost a chance at a number of victories when the bullpen blew late leads. Wolf made a base salary of $4.96 million in 2009.
