Recommendation: GM John Mozeliak had been pessimistic about Glaus' chances to contribute this season, but has since changed his tune. Glaus has gotten more comfortable throwing, and now it seems there is a very good chance he could return to the active roster by the end of July. That will depend on how his assignment goes, however. "I recognize that Glaus could factor into something for us," Mozeliak said. "But when you're looking at measurable performance from him, it's still 10 days away from gauging that. You've got to get him into a real rehab environment. And by that I mean into games."
